Raquel Sacramento started learning Holistic Healing modalities and Vibrational Medicine in 2002, whilst living in the United Kingdom.Since then, she has been researching and practising several Natural Healing & Holistic Therapies, including:  

Reiki, Ayurveda, Crystal Healing, Colour Healing, Flower Essences, Astrology, Alchemy, Sacred Geometry, Symbology, Meditation, Spiritual Healing and Quantum Psionics, supporting hundreds of people around the globe.

Raquel also teaches several courses and workshops in the area of Self-Development and Holistic Health for many years, including her own Vibrational Healing system  -  "Crystalline Healing Light" - that she's created and developed.  

She's also recently developed her own Soul Astrology online course, a comprehensive year-long comprehensive training. on the fundamentals of Astrology and chart delinesation, based on Karmic and Transpersonal Astrology and Esoteric Science.

For over 6 years, she's been teaching several live Quantum Psionics and CHL certified training courses in Portugal, United Kingdom and in China, besides many online training courses (CHL training and Soul Astrology courses), having already taught hundreds of holistic practitioners and healers,from all over the world..

She also offers innovative  Holistic Health personalized programs and one-to-one sessions, which include an overall energetic assessment, including cellular vitality, immunity, toxicity and oxidative stress, followed by personalized Counseling and Holistic guidance, based on +150 natural supplements, vitamins, “super foods” and adaptogens.

Raquel also has a background in Law and Marketing, having worked in the corporate world for some years. However, she has always felt a great calling and interest in Spirituality, Ancient Traditions, Healing, Philosophy, History, Egyptology, Metaphysicis, Astrology, and Esoteric Science, ever since she was very young. ​ 

Born in Lisbon, Raquel also lived abroad for many years in France, England and Italy.
She's currently living in Cascais, near Lisbon, in Portugal, with her young son and two cats.
​Raquel has also been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 25 years.

She has traveled to over 35 countries on her spiritual journeys: from  the temples of Egypt (where she has lead spiritual trips), to Mexico, the ancient lands of India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the magic of Bali, Morocco, England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, USA, Cuba, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguai, and many other.

Raquel embraced her calling to share Higher Love, Wisdom and Truth, in order to support people in restoring radiant Health and Well-being, sharing Higher Consciousness with the world.  

She's an "eternal student", so she continually studies and researches ancient & modern Spiritual Traditions from around the globe. She loves to research and combine different healing modalities with the latest scientific discoveries, including Vibrational Medicine, Quantum Physics, New Consciousness, Soul Astrology, Esoteric Science, and everal  Integral Approaches to Mind & Body Energy Medicine.

Between 2012 and 2017, Raquel was also the founder and director of "Nova Terra", a pioneering project  - a Yoga & Natural Healing Clinic and Training Centre, alongside other 20 Natural Health practitioners and teachers, that was located in the beautiful oceanside town of Cascais, in Portugal. 

Raquel's Natural Healing sessions, Counseling and Mentoring sessions and training courses aim to consciously integrate the spiritual dimension fully into our daily lives, through the understanding of the Unity of Life.

She's now reaching and supporting thousands of people's lives with her work as a Holistic Health consultant, healer, mentor and teacher, with clients and students from all over the globe, 

including Portugal, Brazil, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Scotland, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Russia, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan,  Angola, India, Australia, and more recently even in China.
